This article will highlight the items found within a ShulCloud account.
General Account Dashboard
| Field | Description |
| 1. Account Name | Displays the Account Name, usually some combination of both Primary and Secondary people on the account. It is recommended for this to be automatically generated for consistency, however, it can be manually updated if needed. |
| 2. Account Details | Displays details on the account such as the unique ShulCloud Account ID, the Account Type, and the Date Joined. If Account Billing Type is used, it will be displayed here. If an account has resigned and the Resigned Date field is used, the resigned date will also be displayed here. |
| 3. Mailing Name | Displays the mailing name as determined by Field Templates. This field can be manually overwritten if needed. |
| 4. Mailing Address | Mailing address for the account. |
| 5. Children | If children are on the account, their names will be listed here, but details will be found in the People tab. |
| 6. Primary Adult Position | Information specific to the primary adult on the account will be listed here. |
| 7. Secondary Adult Position | Information specific to the secondary adult on the account will be listed here. |
| 8. Go To Accounts Page | Redirects user to the main accounts page. Custom Account Reports |

Action Menu
| Field | Description |
| 1. Edit Account |
Edit details for the overall account such as Account Type and status of the account.
The option to merge or delete accounts is also here. |
| 2. Edit Addresses |
Add a new address or edit an existing address. |
| 3. Edit Account Primary |
Edit details specifically for the account primary - other person details can be edited under People in Other Account Information
Additional settings are to mark the person as deceased, split or move the person from the account, and save changes. |
| 4. Add Person | Add another person to the account, such as another adult living in the household. Be sure the correct person type has already been created. |
| 5. Add Transaction | Add a transaction directly to the account. |
| 6. Start Online Payment | Process an online payment through the gateway as the primary or secondary person would. |
| 7. Create Statement | Create a Statement: Account Level (How To) |
| 8. Login as Account Primary | Determine what the user will see with the current permissions, or lack thereof. |
| 9. Add a Correspondence | Create a CRM Note (internal only) on the account. |
Account Details Menu
The order in which this account information is displayed is set in settings. Visibility and the ability to edit for admins is based on admin permissions.

| 1. Transactions | View all transactions on an account. Transaction Log: Account Level (Reference) |
| 2. People | View/Edit all people on an account. Add a person to an account. |
| 3. Yahrzeits | View/Edit all Yahrzeits on an account. |
| 4. CRM/Notes | Add/View all CRM notes related to people on the account. |
| 5. Addresses | View all addresses listed for the account. Add/Edit addresses. |
| 6. High Holiday | View High Holiday Seats based on High Holiday reservations. |
| 7. Pay Methods | View/Add/Edit saved payment methods for the account. |
