If when trying to edit an account the following message appears, it means that there are too many adults listed on the account. There should only be a Primary and a Secondary Adult on the account, so any other person with those person types will conflict on the account. To fix this, follow the steps below.
- Locate the account and select on the people tab as shown below:
- All the people currently associated with the account will be listed under People. In the example above, there are three people on the account with a Father Person type. This person type is set as Adult to the system flags the error and doesn't allow an admin to view the account until there are only 2 Adults.
- Locate the person who needs to be changed and select Edit for that person.
- This will redirect the admin to Person Details where the person type can be changed to something else.
- Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
