If when you are trying to edit an account you see the following message, it means that there are too many adults listed on the account. There should only be a Primary and a Secondary Adult on the account, so any other person with those person types will conflict on the account. To fix this, you will need to do the following:
Locate the account and click on the people tab as shown below:
You will see a list of all the people currently associated to the account. If you look at the screen shot above, there are three people on the account with a Father Person type. This person type is set as Adult to they system flags the error and doesn't allow you to view the account until there are only 2 Adults.
Locate the person who you need to change and click on Edit all the way to the right. It will then take you to their profile where you will need to change their person type to something else.
Locate the person type field and then Change it from Father to something else that is not associated to an adult type in the system. Once you have done that, click on Save at the bottom.
You will now see that there are two Adults on the account with One son. When you click on Edit account, you will be able to edit the information now.
