The Accounts module can be used to create custom reports based on Account information. There are so many options to choose from that you can really customize the report to your liking.
There are also many other filters that you can choose from by clicking on the Show Advanced link all the way to the right.
Simple Filters
Filters determine which accounts will be shown based on criteria selected.
Navigate to Accounts > Accounts to see the simple filters. The default filters to be used are Account Type and Quick Find.
Account Type Filter
The account type drop down is generated from Account Types created in My Lists. Select all or choose specific account types to filter within.
Quick Find Filter
The Quick Find allows a user to search for any aspect of an account to narrow a search. If only one result is displayed, the account will auto-open.
Advanced Filters
Select Show Advanced to reveal detailed filter options.
Each option provides dropdowns to narrow search selections. Once all filters have been determined, move to Outputs to determine what information is shown for each account that meets the criteria.
Outputs
Outputs displays what is displayed for each account that meets the filter criteria.
Once all the information is chosen, select Update Filter to see the results.
