Deleting an account in ShulCloud is a permanent action that removes the account and all associated data, including transactions, people, yahrzeit information, and CRM notes. This process cannot be undone, so it should only be used only when an account is no longer needed. Rather than deleting an account, ShulCloud recommends inactivating the account.
Important: This action cannot be undone. Deleting an account permanently removes all related information, including:

All people within the account

All yahrzeit information

Any CRM notes
Delete an Account
- Navigate to the account
- Select Edit Account
- Select Delete located on the bottom right.
- Confirm Delete Account
