As long as you have the correct admin permissions enabled on your account you will be able to log in as another member in the system. This is helpful if you need to make a payment for them. To do this you will need to go to their account and do the following:
Once you are in the account, click on the People tab so you can see everyone listed under the account. Next to each name you will see two things, one is a login link, clicking on that will allow you to login into the system as if you were that person. The other is an envelope. Clicking on the envelope will allow you to send a login link to the person's email on file.
If on the left hand side you see "Cannot login" this could mean a few things:
- The person does not have login permissions set on their account. To fix this click on Edit next to their name and click on the permissions tab. Make sure that the person's permissions are enabled. Then save your changes.
- It could mean that there is no email on file for this person. Since the system requires you to have an email address for a "Username", having a blank email will not allow the person to login. Edit the person and make sure there is an email on file. Then save your changes.
- The person may not be active. Anyone who is not active will not be allowed to log into the system. To fix this edit the person and click on the Other tab located on the top. Scroll down to the bottom and make sure that the Is Active field is set to yes. Save your changes and you should be set to go.
