ShulCloud can pull data directly from your QuickBooks file whether you are using the Desktop or Online versions. We can import your Customers, Invoices, Payments, Sales Receipts, etc. Only Accounts Receivable data is imported, not Accounts Payable.
If you currently have account information in ShulCloud and want to import just the financials, we can do that.
You will need to update the "External Billing Id" field under "Edit Account" in ShulCloud:
with the "Customer Name" field from QuickBooks Desktop:
or the "Member Display Name" field from QuickBooks Online.
Once that is done, we will automatically find those accounts during the import process and only import their financials.
If there is no match, we will create a new "Friend of Shul" account in ShulCloud with the Customer record from QuickBooks.
