If you are having unknown issues with bringing over batches or importing your chart of accounts. The last resort might be to disconnect and reconnect to QuickBooks Online.
The procedure is as follows (logged in as QB super admin):
- Disconnect from QB on the QB Online Export page (go to Admin Menu > Export > Transaction Export)
- In QB Online, go to Apps from left side
- Remove the ShulCloud QuickBooks Sync app
- Return to the QB Online Export page to refresh and use the connect button
- Click "Import Associations" to re-import the Chart of Accounts.
