Error Adding Deposit: (Invalid QB Payment Link) This payment was marked as imported manually. If you want to sync deposit with QB, you need to resync this properly.
This error occurs when a payment was manually marked in ShulCloud as imported into QuickBooks. We cannot create a deposit record in that case because we cannot reference that payment in QuickBooks.
Either of the following two actions need to be done to correct this in QuickBooks:
- Delete the Payment in QuickBooks and Mark it as Unimported in ShulCloud.
OR - Mark the Deposit and all of the Payments included in it as Imported in ShulCloud. You will need to make the Deposit manually in QuickBooks.
