Navigating to the Field Editor
- Navigate to Admin > Forms.
- If creating a new form, once Form Options have been set up, fields can be configured by selecting 'Create Form and Go to Fields'.
- If editing an existing form, select 'Fields' next to any form.
- When editing a form, select 'Go to Field Editor' .
Adding Fields
Selecting any of the options above will direct the user to the Field Editor. The user will be automatically prompted to add a field. Once the first field is added, options for adding or moving fields will become available.
Adding the First Field
- In order to begin building the fields that will need to be completed in a form.
- Once the first field has been added, more fields can be added by selecting the green + , you'll see all the places where you can add more fields:
- Clicking the green plus sign will provide the option to add another field. If a a green box is not available, then the width of fields making up that row is already 800px wide and another new field will not fit in that row.
Field Box Tools
Tool | Description |
1. Move | Allows the field to be dragged and dropped to a new and available location in the form. Available locations are indicated in Green. |
2. Duplicate | Allows the field to be duplicated. Select the duplicate icon and drop the field to the desired and available location of the duplicated field. Available locations are indicated in Green. |
3. Edit | Select this icon to open the field and make any changes. |
Saving & Other Options
Tool | Description |
1. Undo | If an admin navigated to a previously saved or draft version of the form, this will return to the current working version of the form. |
2. Jump to Saved Version |
As changes are made, a new version of the form is loaded in the "Jump to Saved Version" drop down. "Saved" next to saved copies, and "draft" next to a new version created after every form edit. Clicking on ANY of these saved or draft versions will restore the form to what it looked like at that moment.

3. Save |
Save the form as it is being updated. Select the dropdown next to save to navigate to the front-facing version of the form to see how it looks as it is being built. Admins can also Edit Form Options & Discount Codes as well as View Submissions. |
