Adding a Form to a Web Page

Introduction

A form must be created before you can it to a page. To get started, navigate to Admin > Forms.

When a form is created, a direct URL is also create at yourshul/form/form-name. To shorten the URL or to embed the form in an existing CMS page, follow the instructions below.

1. Select "Start Editing" on the top left of any CMS page
2. Edit the section the form will be added to.
   
3. Select Form from the Text Formatting options.
   
4. Select the form to embed on the page from a dropdown of existing forms.
   
5. Save the section.
6. Pause Editing.
