A form must be created before you can it to a page. To get started, go to Admin Menu > Forms.
When you create a form, a page is created automatically at yourshul/form/form-name. If you would like a shorter URL, or you want to add the form to an already existing page, you can embed it on a page.
To get started, click on "Start Editing" on the top left of any CMS page, and then edit the section you want to add the form to:
Once you start to edit the section, the editing bar (CK editor) will popup with a button allowing you to select a form:
Once you click the form button, you'll see a list of all of your active forms, allowing you to select one to add to your content block:
Once you hit save your form will be added.
