Form Discount Codes

Introduction

The ShulCloud form system allows for the creation and management of discount codes.

How To

1. Edit an existing form or create a new form.
2. Select the "Discount Codes" tab.
3. Select "Add Discount Code"
   
4. Update fields.
5. Save changes.

Discount Code Fields

Field	Description
1. Code	Code to enter to receive a discount (ex: Member10).
2. Description	Describe the code and who is eligible to use it.
3. Amount	Determine if the code is for a specific percentage or dollar amount to be removed from the total.
4. Start/End Date Range	Optional start and end date for the code. If left blank, the code will not expire on a certain date.
5. Maximum # of Uses	Optional limit to the number of times a code can be used. If left blank, there will be no limit.
6. # of Current Uses	Displays the number of times it has been used.
7. Is Active	If set to yes, and there are no other restrictions, the code can be used.
8. Add Discount Code	Select to add another discount code for the same form.
9. Save Options	Choose between: Save Changes Save and Go Back to Forms list Save and Edit Fields Cancel Changes
10. Remove	Select to remove the discount code from the form.

Using a Discount Code

When a form has an active discount code, a user will be able to enter the code on the confirm payment page:
