If a ShulCloud account password is forgotten, it can be reset directly from the login page of the synagogue's ShulCloud website.
How to Reset a Password

Navigate to ShulCloud login page for the synagogue’s site:

Select “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Enter your email address.

Open the reset email, follow the link, and set a new password.
Note: If the reset email does not appear in email inbox:

Check spam or junk folders.

Ensure the email address entered matches the email address on file in ShulCloud.

Once the new password is saved, it can be used to log in immediately.
