There are a few things that could prevent a member from being able to log in to their account.
- Ensure there is an email address in the account record. The email address also needs to be in the "login email" field.
- Ensure the email address is correct - no typos.
- Ensure the member has all 3 person permissions. Person permissions are different from admin permissions in that they give a member access to their own account. Admin permissions, on the other hand, give someone access to data across the site.
- Ensure the member is marked as Active. Navigate to the account, select People > Edit the person in question > Select Other:
- Ensure the member's email is only being used on one account.
