- Login to ShulCloud and navigate to the member portal.
- Select "Edit My Member Directory Listing"
- In the “Change Directory Listing”, choose the appropriate options. Note that in the web directory, the account photo will display if that option is selected under "Picture".
Person images will only appear in the Mobile Member App if the directory is enabled in the app by Admins, and if the Member Directory settings are set to Yes or No. If a child is listed on an account and has an uploaded image, but the synagogue has set the default for child photos to 'No,' only the person with 'Administer Family' permissions can select the option to display the child's image in the Mobile Member App. If the 'Never' option is selected, the 'Photo (app only)' checkbox will be disabled and cannot be selected. - Check or uncheck the box next to the person under the "Photo (app only) setting to display an individual's photo within the Mobile Member App Member Directory.
- Save changes.
