Form logic allows you to set different fields to display or hide based on the answer from another field. You can use the following fields to control showing and hiding fields with form logic:
- Pulldown Selection (in both General and Payment fields)
- Radio Selection (Choose 1) (in both General and Payment fields)
You can set ANY type of field to show or hide based on the "Group" field. You can only use letters or numbers to name a group:
Once a field is part of a group, you will see the field labeled when you edit the form. This will allow you to keep track of what field is part of what group:
Once you have created a group, you can then use the Pulldown Selection or Radio Selection fields to set if that group should show or hide. Each group that you enter will show up in a drop down, and you can then select if that group should show or hide based on that answer:
