The ShulCloud form system now allows the creation and management of discount codes. To get started, edit your existing form or create a new form, and click on the tab "Discount Codes." Then click "Add Discount Code."
- Code: will be the text for people to enter to get the discount.
- Description: used for admins to keep track of the reason behind each code. Does not currently link to any other place in the site.
- Amount: set the amount or percent of the discount.
- Start/End Date: optional start and end date for the code. If left blank, the code will not expire on a certain date.
- Maximum Uses: optional limit to the number of times a code can be used. If left blank, there will be no limit.
- Current Uses: shows the number of times it has been used.
- Is Active: if set to yes, and there are no other restrictions, the code can be used.
When a form has an active discount code, a user will be able to enter the code on the confirm payment page:
