When creating a form, you have the option of suggesting or requiring people with a balance make their payment before completing the form. You can also suggest or require an amount based on prior charges or payments. To get started, create a new form, or edit an existing form, and add a new form field:
- Donation Based on Contributed Amount: Can show people what they've given to a specific charge type during a specific time period in the past and ask they they give it again.
- Require Payment of Due Listed Transactions: If someone has a balance in specific charge types or a time period, this field will require payment before the form can be submitted.
- Require Payment of Total Due Amount: If someone has a balance on their account, this will require they make a full payment before the form can be submitted.
- Suggest Payment - Functions the same as the Require Payment fields, but will let the user submit the form without making full payment and allowing them to enter the balance or select the open charges they want to pay now.
- Date/Amount/Charge Types/Payment Status: The search criteria you want to require or suggest payment for. In the example above, all unpaid or partially paid charges from July 1 to November 15 would be required to be paid immediately.
