There are a few things that could prevent a member from being able to log in to their account.
- The member will need to have an email address in their profile. This needs to be saved as the Login email:
- There might be a typo in the email address saved on the member's profile
- The member will need all 3 person permissions
Person permissions are different from admin permissions in that they give a member access to his own account.
Admin permissions, on the other hand, give someone access to data across the site. - The member will need to be marked as Active:
- The member's email may be saved on more than one profile.
To check for this issue, copy and paste the email address into the People quick search
Then delete the email address from any other accounts
