Before Beginning
Admins can include a Member Portal Walk-Thru Guide in the Member Portal Announcement email. The sample verbiage provided can be copied and pasted directly into the email or saved as an attachment. Customize the guide with the shul’s details and specific screenshots of the new member portal to enhance clarity.
Member Portal Walk Thru
The Member Portal is a secure, user-friendly online platform that allows members to manage their personal and family information, track yahrzeits, and make donations and payments. ShulCloud’s Member Portal Walk-Thru Guide helps users navigate the portal’s features and understand the available options and their descriptions.
1. Navigate
Navigate to <insert shul URL & link>. Login in the top right corner.
2. Enter Login Credentials
Enter the following information:
a. Email
b. Password
c. Select Log in
3. Forgot Password?
If the password has been forgotten, or a password has never been set, select Forgot Password.
4. Member Portal Tile Options
Once logged in, the member portal should now be visible. Explore the member tiles available, and review their functionality.

View your transaction history. |
| b. My Payment Methods | View your saved credit cards/ACH payment methods and add a new payment method. |
| c. My Recurring Payments | View current payment plans. |
| d. My Profile | View and edit your user profile. If you choose to edit your profile, ensure you save changes before leaving the page. |

e. Change My Password |
Change your login email or password. |
| f. My Family | View, edit, or add other members of your family. |
| g. My Yahrzeits | View and edit yahrzeits. Be sure to notify the office of any changes or of a new yahrzeit. |

h. My Subscriptions |
Manage the kinds of mailings received from <insert shul name> via email and paper mail. |
| i. View My Directory | View the member directory. |
| j. Start School Enrollment | Enroll a child into religious school (if applicable). |
| k. My Enrollments | View current enrollments. |
| l. Pay My Bill | Pay open balance or make a new donation online. |
| m. My Events | View your event registration history. |
| n. Edit My Addresses | View and edit your addresses. |
