Introduction
Admins can filter transactions using a variety of parameters to gain a more comprehensive view of transactions on the account level. There are three options for filtering transactions:
- All Transactions
- Payments Only
- Charges Only
Show Advanced Options | Description |
1. Type |

2. Dates |
Specific Date Range: Select a date range to display transactions within that period. The system default displays the past five years, which can be reviewed and changed in the settings. |
3. All Dates |
Displays all transactions on the account, both past and future. |
4. Use Payment Date |

5. Amount |
Select from the filter options:

Charge Types/Payment Types |
If filtering for Charges Only, a dropdown will appear for Charge Types If filtering for Payments Only, under the Amount dropdown, two additional dropdowns will appear. One for Charge Types and one for Payment Types. This allows for even more detailed filtering. |
6. Status |
Select the transaction status:

Public |
If filtering by Charges Only or Payments Only, a dropdown will appear under Status to allow differentiation between inside account and public payments. |
Invoice # |
If filtering by Charges Only, a field will appear under Public allow for a search between two specific invoice numbers. |
Receipt # |
If filtering by Payments Only, a field will appear under Public allow for a search between two specific receipt numbers. |
7. Note Contains | Filter Notes by specific words or phrases. |
Check Number Starts With |
If filtering by Payments Only, a field under Note Contains will appear to allow any part of a check number to be included in the search criteria. |

Show Advanced Options | Description |
1. Show Tax Deductible Amount | When checked, includes a column in the transactions list for Tax Deductible amount. |
2. Always Show Allocations |
When checked, includes a row in the transactions list for the charge that the payment has been allocated to. |
3. Clear Filter |
Clears all filters and outputs. |
4. Print This View |
Prints the filtered list of transactions. |
5. Export This View |
Exports the filtered list of transactions to Excel. The file will be located in the downloads folder. |
6. Mail Merge View |
Do not use. |
7. Filter |
Produces a custom list of transactions based on the filters and outputs selected. |
