We are currently investigating an intermittent issue in the ShulCloud Admin App affecting member search and member record access.
Admins are able to log in successfully and the main dashboard loads as expected. However, when attempting to search for a member or access member data:
No results may be returned
The app may crash when text is entered into the search field
The issue is not consistently reproducible but has been reported by multiple admins across different sites, indicating a broader app-related issue. Reports suggest this behavior began recently.
Current Status
Issue is under investigation
Standard troubleshooting (clearing cache/data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app) has not consistently resolved the problem
Priority: High
Workaround / Troubleshooting Options
Until a fix is released, we recommend:
Use the web version of Shulcloud for member search and member record management whenever possible.
If attempting to use the app:
Fully close and reopen the app before searching.
Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
If the issue persists, switch to the web browser version for reliable access.
At this time, reinstalling the app has not shown consistent results, but ensuring the app and device OS are fully updated may help reduce occurrences.
