Synagogue resources can be filtered by Type, Category, and Sub-Category. Resources must be attached to a task to share with a student.
Resources
Resource Types
View available resources by navigating to Program Manager Dashboard > Resources. To select a resource,
- Filter resources by type.
- Select a Category based on the type.
- Select a Sub-Category based on the category.
Resource Library
Once resources have been filtered, view the available resources and download by selecting the resource title or the download button.
Add Resources
From the resource screen, select Add/Edit Resources

Select the appropriate category based on type. (Categories change based on Resource Type.) |
| 4. Sub-Category |
Select the appropriate sub-category based on type. (Sub-Categories change based on Resource and Category Types.) |
| 5. File Upload |
Drag and drop a file to upload, or provide a URL to link a video resource. |
| 6. Add Resource |
Select to save resource. |
| 7. Supported File Types |
Select to view supported resource file types. |
Edit Resources
Select Edit from the action column to edit an existing resource. The resource to edit will appear at the top of the page.
Select Delete to remove a resource.
Tasks
A Resource must be attached to a Task in order to share with a student.
Managing Tasks
- Navigate to Tasks in the dashboard and select Manage Synagogue Task Library.
- Select Create New Tasks.
- Select a Task Type from the dropdown.
- Add a Task Title.
- Enter Task Instructions.
- Attach files or select a Resource from Resource Library if applicable.
- Select Create New Task to save.
Assigning Tasks
- Select a student.
- Under Tasks on the Student Dashboard, select Add Tasks from Synagogue's Task Library or Create a Custom Task.

Select All Tasks in Library or choose individual or multiple tasks from the list and move to the column on the right.
- Once Tasks have been moved to the Added Tasks list, select Save Add Task.
- Navigate to the Student Dashboard and select the newly assigned task.
- Assign a due date, mark a task as complete, delete a task, and/or add a comment in the screen provided.
- Add files or select a Resource from Resource Library if applicable.
- Select Submit.
