Program Manager Dashboard Overview
Short Videos are available for ShulCloud Clients via ShulSchool
- Login to your ShulCloud account as an Admin.
(anyone you want to have access to ShulSchool needs to have at least one admin permission) - Select the "?" in the menu bar.
- Click on ShulSchool.
Mitzvah Tools Set Up
Once a synagogue has signed up for Mitzvah Tools, follow the steps below to set up the tool for use.
When signing up, an email for Account Confirmation is sent that includes a login link and the username.
- Navigate to app.mitzvahtools.com and enter the Username and Password.
- Navigate to Program Settings to view and edit the account settings for a synagogue's program.
- Add Synagogue Staff such as tutors and educators.
- Populate Students either by
- Manually entering students and parents.
- Using the ShulCloud API.
- Uploading a template of B'nai Mitzvah data by contacting support.
- Assign a team of staff members to a student by editing a student's profile, scrolling to Student's Team, selecting from the dropdown, and selecting Update Team.

View and Edit the Mitzvah Tools account settings for a Synagogue's program. Settings that can be modified:

4. Students |
Manage, edit, or import students to the Mitzvah Tools database. Program managers can see all students. Other staff can only see the students assigned to them. Select a student by: 1. Selecting from the dropdown 2. Clicking on their photo/name 3. Create/Edit Student Account |

5. Appointments |
First connect Calendly in Program Settings, then view the appointments for all staff and students. |

6. Tasks |
View and edit tasks and due dates assigned to students. Visit the synagogue task library to add, edit, or delete tasks for students. |
| View the messages sent between staff and students/parents. Select a message to see full conversation details. | |

8. Staff Notes |
Provide internal updates between staff members regarding a student's progress. Select a message to see full conversation details. |

9. Resources |
View, edit, upload, and download documents and multimedia from the resource library. |
Synagogue Staff
To edit an existing staff member, navigate to Staff and select Edit Profile from the Action Column. To create a New Staff Account:
- Navigate to Staff and select Create New Staff Account.
- Provide the required fields, indicated by an *, and complete voluntary fields as the information is available.
- Select Save & Send Invite Email. The invite email sends an account confirmation email to the staff member with a username and a link to login and create a password.
