Appointments
Before You Begin
The Program Manager must have a Calendly subscription in order for users to book appointments. Once Calendly is connected to Mitzvah Tools via Program Settings > General Settings, appointments will be visible in the Appointments section of the Program Manager Dashboard.
The Program Manager has access to the appointment link for each appointment scheduled.
Team Messages
Program Managers can see all Team Messages between an educator and students/parents. Educators can see Team Messages only for the students assigned to their team.
To view a team message and add a comment or file, select the name of the student the message is regarding. Select "More" to see more messages for more students. To begin a new Team Message, select "Open Message With" and select the name of the student.
Once a message is selected, type to add a comment, drop a file, or select a Resource from the Resource Library to share with the team. Select Submit Comment when ready to share.
Staff Notes
Staff Notes are intended for a student's team to communicate about the student's progress. Staff Notes are for internal use and do not include a student or their parent.
Similar to Team Messages, select a student's name to correspond with the staff team for that student. Select "More" to see more notes, and start a new note by selecting "Open Staff Notes About" and selecting the student.
To add a staff note from within a student's profile, locate the Staff notes area and begin typing in the Add Quick Staff Note section. Select Add Note to submit the note.
