ShulStats allows you to view and interpret your ShulCloud demographic and financial data. This document details how to set admin permissions to view and edit ShulStats reports. For general information about ShulStats, see the Feature Overview.
Before You Begin
To access the full ShulStats feature, ensure that your congregation has a subscription for ShulStats.
Assign Permissions
1. To give a user in your database ShulStats admin permissions, go to their account, click on the "people" tab, and then click "edit" to the right of their name
2. Click on the "permissions" tab, and view, add or edit any of the admin permissions.
3. Ensure that ShulStats(BI) - Viewer is checked.
4. For a user that can access demographic data in ShulStats, ensure that at least one of the following admin permissions is checked:

- Accounts, People
- Accounts, People - Read Only
5. For a user that can access financial data in ShulStats, ensure that at least one of the following admin permissions is checked:

- Transactions, Reports, Online Payments, Batch Billing
- Transactions, Reports, Online Payments, Batch Billing - Read Only
