The ShulStats Membership Report allows you to view membership join and resignation dates by month and by year. It includes visualizations designed by ShulCloud product experts to highlight the most important membership data in one place, and allows you to export filtered lists into Excel.
You cannot manually change the report within ShulStats. The report is based on the data as it currently exists in your ShulCloud account. If a number or visual seems off, please double-check your data in ShulCloud. Data is refreshed every day at 4am Eastern Time, so the data shown in ShulStats will be from the previous day. Any updates you make in ShulCloud will be displayed in ShulStats the following day.
To access the full ShulStats feature, ensure that your congregation has a subscription for ShulStats. In order to view ShulStats, an admin must have specific ShulStats administrator permissions.
