Clicking on the Students link will take you to the Students module, where you can view information about all the students in your term, take attendance, sort students by class, and export your student list to Excel.
The default "Students" page will show you the list of students who's enrollments were confirmed, plus the course and class they are in:
You can adjust the outputs to change the information you want to see. You can select anything that was filled out in the enrollment form (under the two "Fields" drop downs"), or anything in the family's account (under the four "Info" drop downs).
You can also use this page to take attendance for your classes. Click on the "Take Attendance" drop down at the top right, and select the course you want to take attendance for.
If you have created and named your sessions in the "courses & classes" setup, you will see a list of sessions here where you can take attendance. To take attendance, go to the column for that session, and the row for that student. You will see a small pencil in the field. Click on the pencil, and the attendance field will pop up.
You can select one of the three options from the drop down - present, absent, or late. If you select late, you will have an option to record how late. Once you have recorded the information, click on the check box to save.
