Please ask your members who pay by check to make any year end contributions or account payments as soon as possible. Online payments are strongly encouraged.
Important Deadlines
- Monday, December 15, 2025: Suggested target deadline for member donations/dues payments
- Monday, December 22, 2025: Final day to send B&A sheets requesting 2025 payments or payment plans
- Wednesday, December 31, 2025: Final day for members to make online donations through ShulCloud.
- Friday, January 9, 2026: This will be the FINAL day we record any December-dated checks as a 2025 payment (this includes checks received by mail and remote deposits).
- To be considered a 2025 payment, checks must be dated 2025.
- You must separate 2025 checks and 2026 checks when sending them to Kesef by mail or by scanner. (Please complete a separate remote deposit for 2025 checks and 2026 checks.)
These deadlines are extremely important due to high volumes of checks at this time of the year.
