Guidance for downloading the Mobile Member App and Signing In. Users with access to multiple ShulCloud sites will be prompted to select a site for logging in.
Download the Mobile Member App
1. On a smart device navigate to the App Store or to Google Play
2. Search for ShulCloud Member App
3. Select Install
4. After the installation is done select open
Sign In to the Mobile Member App
Once the Mobile Member App is installed, a screen to enter an email address and password is displayed. The option to enable Face ID or Touch ID for iPhones depending on the version, is available as well as a button to log in and a forgot password link.
The email address and password to be used are the same as the shul's website login credentials. The system automatically identifies the user's shul based on credentials.
- If an email address and password are only associated with one ShulCloud Shul, as most congregants belong to only one congregation, the user will be taken to the landing page.
- If an email address and password are associated with more than one ShulCloud Shul, maybe a part time bookkeeper working for two shuls or a consultant assisting a shul, the next page will reveal a dropdown of ShulCloud sites for logging in. If the option to select a site appears, use the dropdown to select the correct site and select enter.
