Introduction
The Fundraising Dashboard provides a centralized platform for managing fundraising campaigns, allowing admins to handle all solicitation tasks and track progress toward their goals. To activate and view the Fundraising Feature, admins must first create a Fundraising Goal within the My Lists functional area.
The dashboard includes three parts:
- Fundraising Goals
- Goal Landing Page
- Donor actions landing page
Before You Begin
Navigate to Fundraising > Fundraising Goals.
Fundraising Goals
Fields | Descriptions |
1. Fundraiser |
Displays all active fundraisers, each within its own box. |
2. Progress | A visual display of the progress toward the fundraising goal. |
3. Edit | Edit the fundraiser goals and settings. |
4. View Goal | Navigate to the goal landing page. |
Goal Landing Page
Fields | Descriptions |
1. Goal Progress |
A visual display of the progress toward the fundraising goal, includes amounts pledged and paid. |
2. Amount | The total fundraising goal. |
3. Actions |

4. Recent Notes | Displays CRM notes made by solicitors or admins. Also displays notifications that a charge or payment has been added to an account for the charge type included in the fundraiser. |
5. Status Summary | A visual display of the donor status for the fundraising goals. |
6. Outstanding Follow Ups | Lists follow ups for solicitors. |
7. Filters | Filter the list of accounts included in the fundraising goal by specific fields. |
Goal Landing Page Continued
Fields | Descriptions |
1. Custom Fields | Select the custom fields to display in the list below. |
2. Mail Merge | Do not use. |
3. Export | Exports the filtered list of transactions to Excel. The file will be located in the downloads folder. |
4. Clear | Clears all filters and outputs |
5. Update | Updates filters and outputs. |
6. Filter Information | Lists the number of donors included within the specific filters. |
7. Name | Name of the donor's account. |
8. Status |
Displays as:

9. Progress | A visual display of the progress of a donor account toward the fundraising goal. |
10. Next Meeting | If a next meeting date has been scheduled, it will display here. |
11. Custom Field | Displays the selected custom fields. Refer to Set Up Fundraising Goals (How To and Reference). |
12. Actions | Select to navigate to the donor account landing page. |
Donor Account Landing Page
Fields | Descriptions |
1. Account Name | Displays the account name for the specific donors. |
2. Progress Information |

3. Record Pledge | Select to add a pledge that will immediately charge the donor's ShulCloud account. |
4. Membership and Donor Information | Displays the account type and address. |
5. Custom Fields | Allows admin or solicitors to enter information in the custom fields. Refer to Set Up Fundraising Goals (How To and Reference). |
6. Solicitors | Assign and display solicitors for the account. Can add more than one. |
7. View Family | Select to navigate to the donor's account page. |
8. Notes | Add CRM notes for the donor. Displays in the Recent Notes section of the fundraising dashboard. |

Displays account information:

10. Mailing | Displays account addresses. |
11. Add | Admins and solicitors can add follow up meeting dates and times. |
*Notes made in an individual fundraiser are only available to view in that specific fundraiser, in a donor's ShulCloud account or within the CRM dashboard. Fundraising notes are not shared across fundraisers.
