Introduction
The Fundraising feature in ShulCloud is a powerful tool to manage and track the success of a shul's campaigns. Admins can monitor pledges and incoming funds, categorized by charge type. The feature allows for soliciting donations directly from members, with the option to add notes to track interactions and follow-ups. A built-in visual displays a campaign's progress, showing how close the congregation is to reaching its fundraising goal and providing instant feedback on the campaign’s performance. Additionally, the fundraising module integrates with the mail feature, allowing admins to send targeted communications and reminders to donors.
Audience
Fundraisers are typically managed by finance teams, the Executive Director, and lay leaders. Administrator permissions are required.
