Introduction
Online Payments covers all items related to the integrated gateway: Online Payments, Recurring Payments, Settlement Files, and Processing Fee Invoices.
Audience
Online Payments are typically managed by the executive director and finance staff. The Admin Permission: Transactions, Reports, Online Payments - Read Only is required to use the Online Payments and Recurring Payments functions. The Admin Permission: Transactions, Reports, Online Payments, Batch Billing is required to use all functions in this feature.
Use Cases
Online Payments can be used to:
- Track payments processed through the ShulCloud Integrated Gateway.
- View a concise list of all recurring payments on all or specific gateways.
- Review settlement files for details on when payments will be debited to the selected bank account.
- Review processing fee invoices to understand charges incurred for accepting payments through the gateway.
