View Online Payments (Reference)

Introduction

Online Payments allow admins to view all payments that have been processed specifically through the ShulCloud Payment Gateway.

Use filters to determine the online payments to view.

Fields	Description
1. Type	Select the type of payment to view. Options available will come from My Lists > Payment Types.
2. Status	View online payments based on their current status in the system. Options include: Complete Recurring Active Recurring Finished Recurring Cancelled Pending Verification Recurring Pending Verification Proceeded to Payment Page Started Voided Refunded
3. From	Allows selection of online payments from: Anyone Logged In Only, or Public Only
4. Between	Select a start and end date for filtering online payments.
5. Gateways	Choose the gateway the online payment was processed through. Options available will depend on the gateways set up in My Lists > Gateways.
6. Clear Filter	Clear filter selections.
7. Print	Print filter results once the results have processed.
8. Export	Export a CSV file of filter results.
9. Filter	Select to see results of chosen filtering options.

Once the filters have been selected, the following columns are available when viewing the results.

Fields	Description
1. Page 1 of X	Shows how many pages of results have processed from the filters selected.
2. ID	Displays a unique ID for the online payment.
3. Date	Displays the date the online payment processed.
4. Status	Displays the status of the specific online payment.
5. Amount	Shows the amount of the online payment.
6. Type	Shows how the online payment was initiated, whether through a form, the donation page, a campaign, the transaction add option, etc.
7. More	Shows details regarding the online payment.
8. Account	Displays the account the online payment is associated with.
9. Admin	Shows a Y if the online payment was initiated by an admin and an N if the online payment was initiated by a public person or an account holder.
10. Gateway	Displays the gateway the online payment was processed through.
11. Notes	Notes regarding the online payment.
12. View	Select to view more details for the specific online payment.

Fields	Description
1. Gateway	Allows for each gateway's recurring payments to be viewed. Select individual gateways, a group of gateways, all gateways, or no gateways.
2. From	Allows selection of recurring payments from: Anyone Logged In Only, or Public Only
3. Clear Filter	Clears the gateway and From filters.
4. Filter	Select to see results of chosen gateway and From options.
5. Recurring Payment Display	Displays the number of recurring payments based on the filters selected above.
6. Next Scheduled Run	Displays the next recurring payment scheduled based on the filters selected above.
7. Details for Each Recurring Payment	Each recurring payment based on the filters selected above will be visible here. Columns of data include: Next Date - Shows the next date the recurring payment will process Running On - Displays the payment processer Schedule - Amount paid at specific frequency Charge Number - Which number payment out of all the scheduled payments Account - Account the recurring payment is associated with Info - Details on how the recurring payment was initiated Created On - Date of the first recurring payment Total - Total of all recurring payments on this schedule Gateway - Which gateway the recurring payment processes through ID - Unique ID for the recurring payment schedule View - Click to view the specific recurring payment and make changes if necessary
