ShulCloud provides a schedule software that allows users to create their own rule-based schedules that will appear on the calendar. To populate your calendar you first need to go to Schedule from the admin menu.
You will then want to click on Create New on the top right. You will then be prompted with the following screen:
You will see 5 options by default from the drop down menu provided. If you need to create a rule that is not listed on the drop down, click on Ungrouped. Type in the name of the Rule you are creating to see the following options:
Enter in a description for the rule, this will show up on the calendar when people click on the rule. You can then specify what type of rule you will be creating. For the most part you will probably be using the Regular Days of Week Schedule which gives you the ability to specify which days the rule will fall on. Once you have specified which days the rule should fall on you will then see the following information:
The time slot appears allowing you to select a fixed time or a time based on a Zman. The drop down provides a list of rules that you can choose from.
You can then specify the occurrence of the rule. Ex: If you have Monday and Friday selected, you can then say that it should happen on Every Monday and Friday or just the 3rd Monday and Friday of the month.
If you have multiple calendars created in the system you can specify which calendar to add this rule to. The Calendar drop down will provide a list of all calendars you have created.
To add a resource to a schedule rule use the Resources section. Select the resource you need from the drop down and then enter in the amount of time the resource will be used.
Make sure you save your changes or create new.
