The Template Text menu in Admin Menu - My Lists allows you to adjust dozens of templates and messages across the site. The list is long, so here is a summary of what each template controls:
- Public Payments - Start Page Introduction Text: Allows you to add a message to the top of the payment page (www.yourshul.shulcloud.com/payments.php).
- Public Payments - Confirm Page Introduction Text: Change the message on the top of the payment confirmation page.
- Gabbai Email - Body: When a Gabbai enters a kibbud, this is the body of the email that goes out.
- Gabbai Email - Kibbud/Pledge Line: The format of the charge and kibbud in the Gabbai email.
- Account - Send Statement By Email: When you send someone a statement from their account, or email a receipt or invoice from the transaction, this will be the body of the email sent.
- Transaction Add - X Default Text: When you are adding a transaction though Admin Menu - Transaction Add, or from within an account Add Transaction, this is the default email that will be sent when adding a payment, charge or donation. To turn OFF these emails by default, go to Admin Menu > Settings > Edit Settings > Transactions and uncheck "Transaction Add: check 'send email' by default."
- Payment Dedication Notification: If someone makes a dedicated donation, this is the email that will be sent if the user enters an email address. That email can be turned off by going to Admin Menu > Settings > Edit Settings > Payments and Donations Page.
- Payment Dedication Letter: Default letter that is mailed to honorees.
- Paper Mail - Letterhead/Letterhead First: When creating a paper mail, this will be the letterhead inserted if you select "Insert PDF Letterhead." "Letterhead First" is the first page, "Letterhead" is all subsequent pages.
- Paper Mail - Footer/Footer Last: This will be the footer inserted if you select "Insert PDF Letterhead." "Footer Last" is the last page, "Footer" is all previous pages.
- Mobile Email Header/Footer: If you are signed up to send emails from your mobile device, this is the header and footer that will be added to the outgoing emails.
- School Enrollment - Completion Email/Completion Email Admin: When a school enrollment is completed, these are the emails sent to the family and the admin.
- School Enrollment - Confirmation Email/Confirmed Admin Email: When a school enrollment is confirmed, the emails that are sent to the family and the admin.
- School Enrollment - Enrollment to Course/Grade Requested: When an admin adds a student to either a course or a grade to request that they enroll, these are the emails sent to the family.
- Email Login Link: When a user clicks "Forgot Password" or an admin sends a login link, this is the email that is sent.
- 404 Logged In/Not Logged In: The message that displays to a logged in or not logged in user when they try to go to a page that either does not exist, or they do not have access to.
- Directory Page Top: Message on the top of the member directory.
- Timed Out: If you have a timeout length, this will be the message that displays next to the "Login" button on the top of the page.
- Online Payment Received: The automatic email that is sent from the site when you receive an online payment.
- Online Payment Recurring Started: When someone schedules a future payment, this email is sent.
- Online Payment Failing: When a payment fails, the site will send this email to the user.
- Online Payment is Pending: When a public payment that needs to be verified is made, the user will get this email.
- Online Payment Recurring Canceled: The notification that is sent when a future payment is canceled.
- Yahrzeit Email - Chiyuv Only Paragraph: If using this option in your Yahrzeit mailing, this is the paragraph that will be inserted when you use the chiyuv only tag.
- Unverified Browser Message/Email: The message that will display on the screen and the email that will be sent when someone clicks on a login link from a browser that hasn't been used before.
- Convenience Fee Help: Adjusts the message that will pop up next to the convenience fee on the payment page.
