Access the short video in ShulSchool
To access your ShulSchool account, follow the steps below:

Login to your Shulcloud account as an Admin.
(anyone you want to have access to ShulSchool needs to have at least one admin permission) - Select the "?" in the menu bar.
- Click on ShulSchool.
Tags are used in many aspects of the system and help with running reports / grouping people together.
To create a new tag,
- Navigate to Admin > My Lists > Tags
- Select Add New.
- Create a name for the Tag.
- Select OK.
- Determine if the Tag is a parent or child for keeping the tags list clean.
- Determine visibility of the Tag - for Admins only or for congregants to see in their account.
- Determine if tags are visible on the main account screen.
Adding People to a Tag
There are multiple ways to add someone to a tag:
Add a Person
While in Admin > My Lists > Tags, Type in any user's name, and when select the name, the name will automatically save.
Edit an Account
- Navigate to an account.
- From the action menu on the left, select Edit Account.
- Towards the bottom of the data entered for an account, the dropdown for tags is available for both the Primary and Secondary person.
- Select Save changes to account.
Edit a Profile
- Either from within an account or from the People Module, Edit a person.
- Select the Other tab.
- Select desired tags from the available dropdown.
- Save changes to the Person.
Add This Entire View to Tag
- Navigate to Accounts > People
- Filter a list of specific people based on age, account type, person type, and more.
- Select Add This Entire View to Tag
- Select the tag from the dropdown.
