When setting up a Shulcloud system, make sure that the shul has email addresses ready to be used throughout the site. Email addresses need to be added and verified so that the system knows that they are correct as well as have them Amazon SES Verified.
Navigate to Admin > My Lists > Email Senders.
Select Add New located on the top right.
*Disregard "Email address not valid" message. Hit OK.
Type in the email address to use and make sure someone has access to the inbox associated with it. A verification email will be sent that contains a link to click on. Click on the link to confirm and verify the email address. Once this is complete, the Legacy Mail feature will be available for use and login emails can be sent.
Be sure to email our wonderful support team at questions@shulcloud.com and in the subject put, "Amazon SES Verification'. Either provide the login and password for the DNS (Domain Name System) or have the shul's IT support team reach out to Shulcloud support and to receive instructions on how to complete the email senders Amazon SES verification.
