Calendars can be created to organize events and set privacy rules based on who is permitted to view specific calendars. This feature is useful for managing events that are relevant only to certain groups within the shul.
- Navigate to Admin > My Lists > Calendars.
- Select Add New in the top right corner. The following screen will appear:
- Enter the name of the calendar to be created (e.g., Sisterhood, Men's Club, Staff Vacation).

Field Description Privacy Choose between:
- Everyone – Makes the calendar visible to all users. All content, including rules and events, will be publicly accessible.
- Logged In Visitors – Restricts visibility to users who are logged into the system. An additional option will appear to filter access based on system-defined tags, allowing visibility only to users with the selected tag.
- Admins Only – Limits visibility to users with the Calendar Admin permission enabled on their account.Each calendar includes the option to set visibility using the Privacy dropdown.
- To help distinguish the calendar visually, a color can be selected from the color wheel.
- When the settings have all been determined, select Create New to save these changes.

To access your ShulSchool account, follow the steps below:
- Login to your ShulCloud account as an Admin.
(anyone you want to have access to ShulSchool needs to have at least one admin permission) - Select the "?" in the menu bar.
- Click on ShulSchool.
