Enhancements

  • Web related Member App

    • Added ability to limit link visibility in the Mobile Member App based on account type and tags for better access control.

    • The page /getapp now presents  links to the new mobile app in the Apple and Google app stores for easy download and app rollout

  • Security

    • Implemented password policy that requires admins to change password change every 90 days.

    • Implemented password policy that requires new/updated passwords to include at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one special character, and one number
    • Refreshed User Interface Login page.

Bug Fixes

  • Photo Gallery

    • SHWR-15804: Fixed the "Organize Photos" feature, allowing admins to move photos and click on galleries as expected.

  • Directory Issues

    • SHWR-17341: Applying "Never" to Show Adult/Child information in the Membership Directory settings updates existing records properly when "Apply now to existing" is also checked.

  • Admin menu in mobile view

    • SHWR-18463: Fixed mobile admin menu issues, ensuring it can be scrolled properly and does not extend beyond readability.

  • Security 

    • SHWR-18487: Resolved issue where mismatched passwords were accepted on the update person page; validation now correctly enforces password matching

 

Mobile Payment App 1.1.0 Summary

New Features & Enhancements

  • Improved Reader Connection Flow

    • When a user selects a payment event that allows an external reader, the user is offered the opportunity to connect an external reader if they aren't already.

  • Archived Charge Types Excluded from Lookups

    • Charge type lookups throughout the app now only displays active charge types.

Bug Fixes

  • Guest Checkout Payer Details Not Saved

    • Fixed issue where payer details (name, email, phone) entered in Guest Checkout were not recorded in ShulCloud or Stripe when the "Add as Public Payment" option was selected.

    • Additional Fields data appears in online payment records like web-based public payments. Address info is added as note.

  • Receipts Not Sending via Mobile Payments App

    • Resolved issue where email receipts failed to send.

Mobile Member App 2.0.4 Summary

New Features & Enhancements

  • New Links Visibility Control (set in Mobile App Settings on the web)
    • Links can be restricted to show only to users with certain account types or Tags
  • Event Image Height Adjustment
    • Images now fit to width and adjust for height to avoid clipping.
  • Biometric Authentication Improvements
    • Enhanced Face ID / Touch ID flow for smoother login experience.
  • Increased Event Card Spacing
    • Adjusted spacing between event cards to improve readability.
  • Client App Icons Updates
    • More custom app icons for app subscribers.

Bug Fixes

  • App Crash on Login 
    • Addressed a critical issue causing the app to crash upon login.
  • Encoding Issue
    • Fixed an issue where apostrophes and other special characters appeared encoded (e.g. &#39)
  • Links Section Returning 400 Error
    • Resolved an issue where users encountered a 400 error in the Links section.
