Summary: Subfolders missing in File Manager Occurred When: In Bee Editor when users tried to add images from subfolders in the File Manager some folders were missing. Summary: Type ahead search and column sorting on email listing, template, and stats page grids only search or sort data on the currently displayed page. This is temporary and a consequence of changing how grid is loaded in order to speed things up. Plan to address: Target implementation date of June 2023 |

Summary: The Bounces view of the Email Stats page presently shows ALL bounces, "hard" and "soft." A hard bounce is something like "email address" not found. A soft bounce is something like "server not available." Some soft bounces ultimately get delivered (for example, the receiving mail server becomes available). This gives the impression of more messages not being received than actually happens. Plan to address: Target implementation date of Fall 2023 |

Summary: It is not possible to include or exclude individual email recipients when targeting. Workaround: Create a Tag and add individual(s) to the Tag. Make a Group based on the Tag. Include/exclude the Group in Recipients panel, Group Targeting. Plan to address: Incorporate the ability to select individual email addresses to include or exclude regardless of Group status so long as individuals are subscribed to a targeted list. Issue: Email Marketing emails are not showing in Amazon SES Mail Log Report Occurred When: Because of the different technologies employed between the old and new systems, email marketing emails do not appear in the Admin Menu > Reports > Amazon SES Mail Log Report. Plan to address: Under consideration. A new equivalent report for email marketing will be considered at a later time when possible. |
