Reversal types are used in the financial part of the system. They can be used for bounced checks, credits, voided checks, or adjustments. ShulCloud provides the ability for bookkeepers to create their own reversal types.
To do this go to My lists from the Admin Menu and then select Reversal Types from the drop down provided.
Click on Add New to see the following screen:
Type in the name of the Reversal Type you wish to create. Then decide whether the Reversal type is for Charges, Payments, or Both from the Applicable to drop down.
