Reversal types are used in the financial part of the system. They can be used for bounced checks, credits, voided checks, or adjustments. Shulcloud provides the ability for shuls to create reversal types that make sense for their processes.
- Navigate to Admin > My Lists > Reversal Types.
- Select Add New.
- Enter the name of the Reversal Type.
- Determine if the Reversal type is for Charges, Payments, or Both from the Applicable to drop down.
