What will be Wiped During Import

Accounts, Transactions, and related items are imported from your legacy database to ShulCloud. You do not need to make changes, but if you decide to, you must do this after accepting your data. The 3 days for final import is for your final review and data acceptance. Only after acceptance should you make changes. There is no timeline for post-acceptance choices, because it is outside of the migration process and varies widely: some clients make no changes, some make a few minor changes, and some spend a great deal of time with their staff and board creating an entirely new framework.

o    Charge types
o    Account Billing Types
o    Account Types
o    Address Types
o    CRM Category
o    Charge Types
o    Fundraising Goals
o    Payment types
o    Person types
o    Reversal Types
o    School Class type
o    Student Level
o    Tags

Work you can do prior to final import:
·         Settings** the following areas will need to have member accounts relinked after import: Account filtering, Lifecycles, Member Directory
·         Events** charge types will need to be relinked. On final import, note that events should not be imported.
·         Forms** charge types will need to be relinked
·         Calendar
·         CMS pages
·         Navigation
·         Template            
·         Payment Processor
·         My Lists >
o    Bank Accounts
o    Calendar tags
o    Content Templates
o    Email Senders
o    Field Templates
o    Gateways** charge types & payment types will need to be relinked after import
o    Gabbai Kibbud
o    Gabbi Kibbud Type
