The Mobile Administrator App allows key ShulCloud tasks to be completed while away from a computer. The steps below outline how to perform common actions in the app.
Find an Account
Open the Mobile Administrator App.
Go to the Search Accounts section.
Type the account name into the search bar.
Select the correct account from the results.
Review the account details, including prior transactions and family members.
View and Add Transactions
Open the desired account.
Locate the Transactions section.
Review prior transactions as needed.
Select the option to ADD a new transaction.
Enter the required transaction details.
Save the new transaction.
View Family Members and Contact Information
Open the desired account.
Select the People section.
Select a family member to view details.
Use the available options to start an email or phone call if needed.
View and Add Notes
Open the desired account.
Navigate to the CRM and Notes section.
Review existing notes.
Select the "+" in the top right corner to add a new note.
Enter the note text.
Save the new note.
Add Credit Card Payment Methods
Open the desired account.
Go to the Credit Cards section.
Select "Add a new card".
Enter the card details.
Save the new payment method.
Review Life Cycle Events for an Account
Open the desired account.
Navigate to the life cycles section.
Review upcoming life cycle events.
Use the information to plan follow up or outreach as needed.
Manage Outstanding CRM Notes
Open the CRM or notes section.
View the list of outstanding CRM notes.
Select a note to read its details.
Choose to follow up or edit the note.
Save any updates.
Add a new CRM note by clicking the "+" in the top right corner.
Complete the note with relevant details, including a follow up if desired.
Click Add to save the new note.
View Life Cycle Events for the Upcoming Month
Go to the life cycles area in the app.
Select the option to view upcoming life cycles by date or month.
Filter the list by life cycle type if needed.
Review the events for the upcoming month.
Use this list as a daily or weekly snapshot for planning.
Send Quick Messages
Open the Quick Mail section from the main menu.

Choose the desired message type
Email
Push notification
SMS
Select a list, such as announcements.
Enter the message content.
Send the message.
View Release Notes
Navigate to the release notes section from the main menu.
Review recent ShulCloud updates.
Open any item to read update details.
Take Attendance with the School Module
Open the school or attendance section.
Select the desired class or group.
Review the student list.
Mark each student as present, tardy, or absent.
Save the attendance.
