What We Need from You
To facilitate a seamless conversion to QuickBooks Online with minimal disruption please help us prepare by completing the following:
- Submit all bills via bill.com that need to be paid; all must be submitted and approved within three business days of receipt of this email.
- Approve any bills that have already been submitted.
- Submit any journal entries that must be entered prior to conversion using our submission form: Kesef Connect
Once these items are complete, we will be “pencils down” and begin the conversion.
What to Expect During the Conversion Period
Payables: We understand that business doesn’t stop. If you have urgent bills that cannot wait to be paid, they can be processed during the conversion period; however, they will not sync to QB until the conversion to QBO is complete. All non-urgent bills and prepayments should be held and submitted to be processed post conversion.
Receivables: Shulcloud processing will continue business as usual; however, syncing to QB will be paused until the conversion to QBO is complete.
Journal Entries: You may continue to submit journal entries, bank transfers, payroll postings etc. via the form Kesef Connect during this time, these will be held and entered once we are live in QBO.
Please note that financial reports may be delayed during the conversion window.
Once we are live on QBO, we will: Enter all held transactions and journal entries, Sync transactions from Shulcloud and Bill.com and bring bank reconciliation to date.
Financial reports will be prepared once bank reconciliations are completed. Please note that delivery may be delayed and may not follow the regular reporting schedule.
