When setting a subdomain you create a CNAME record for the site they want it to go to like members.bethrishon.org. The host/alias (on the left side) is members and the other alias/points to is sites.shulcloud.com.
Then you can set the URL in Shulcloud.com/edit/sites.php to be members.bethrishon.org.
