Use the cemetery module to track who has reserved plots in a cemetery, which plots are occupied/used, and which are vacant and available.
- Navigate to Lifecycles > Cemeteries.
- Select the cemetery from the dropdown.
If the cemetery hasn't been created, learn about Adding a New Cemetery. - Assign plots by selecting Edit next to the plot.
On this page, provide the following details:
Item Description Payer Account Auto-populates as typing begins with accounts that match the typed characters. Select the checkbox for Unavailable if the payer is unknown. Reserved for Person Who the plot is reserved for. Can be reserved for someone on a different account than the payer account. Name of Deceased/Yahrzeit
Name does not auto-populate with a person in ShulCloud. Pricing Tier Select the pricing tier for this particular plot. - The status of the plot will change based on which of the fields is entered - Reserved for Person or Name of Deceased/Yahrzeit. Once the changes are saved, plots can be edited, deleted, or moved.
