Create New Seat Area
- Navigate to Seating, select Permanent Seats.
- Click Create New Seat Area (top right of the page).
Enter the appropriate information:
Location Linked To
Name
Unit Name
Pricing Tiers
Check the boxes if:
- The location has actual seats.
- Seats must be purchased.
Multiple locations may be added as needed.
4. Click Save Location
Add Seats to the Location
- Select the Seat Area in the drop down menu.
- Click the Add Seats button.
- Enter the number, letter, ore series of numbers or letters.
- Click Save when all items have been added.
Assign People to Seats
- Select Edit next to the seat to assign.
Fill in the required information for the seat:
Owner Account
Payer Account
Option to Sublet the seat
Occupier
Pricing Tier
Notes- Select Save Changes.
Print Seating Arrangements
- Select Printing and Labels (top right of the screen).
- Select Output Type (Print, Export CSV, Mail Merge).
- Check the seating areas to be printed in the dropdown menu (select all that apply).
- Select how the seats are to be sorted (Seat Number, Occupier Name, Payer Name, Tier Name).
- Select the status to be included in the report (All, Reserved, Occupied, Vacant, Unavailable).
- Click Generate Report.
