Editing Charge Types

1. Navigate to Admin > My Lists.
2. Select Charge Types from the Administer drop down.
3. Select the charge type that needs to be edited. "(editing)" will appear next to the charge type name of the charge type being edited.
   
4. For field details, refer to the Adding New Charge Types article. 

Other Options

• Archive: If a charge type has any charges attached, it can only be archived - not deleted.. If the charge type is a parent, the option to archive the entire tree of charge types underneath it. Access archived charge types by clicking on "Show Archived" on the bottom of the list of charge types.
• Clone: Clone an entire tree of charge types. Adjustments can be made to the cloned charge types if necessary once the clone has taken place. 
• Merge: To combine any two charge types, select on the one to eliminate and then select "Merge." Select the charge type to keep from the drop down and merge. PLEASE NOTE: A parent charge type cannot be cloned into one of its own children.
