Larger synagogues or synagogues with less resources often run into an issue with double or triple booking the same social hall or Torah scrolls or other resources at the same time. The ShulCloud resource booking system helps you prevent double booking of the same resources.
To manage this, go to My Lists from the Admin Menu and then select Resources from the drop down menu provided. Resources can be rooms (sanctuaries, social halls), people (the rabbi, mohels), or items (Torah scrolls, moon bouncers).
Click on Add New to see the following screen:
Type in the name of your resource (ex: Social Hall#1) and then specify which calendars you wish the resource to show up in.
To make life a little easier, select the color of your resource. This helps if there are multiple resources on the same calendar date.
